My upcoming project on Graphology

Synopsis

The subconscious mind is believed to be one of the most complicated components in a human anatomy. This is because each human has a mind that functions differently from each other. Most human mind, functions in a relatively acceptable manner as perceived by a vast majority of the society. However there is a group of minority that varies from the bigger group. It is the interest in the smaller layer of society that researchers begin researching the subconscious mind of such individuals.

An example of such group may include the likes of criminal offenders, people with super intellect, autism, those suffering from mental illnesses and mentally handicapped individuals. Currently researchers had developed a few methods or devices to pry into the subconscious mind.

One of such method is to study the macro expression of a human body. This method is also known as the study of Body Language. Researchers believe that the human body will react in a certain manner change a posture to reflect a certain emotion and thought. However, most bodily postures are a consequence of reaction of emotion rather than thoughts.

There is a device which is also believed to be able to pry into one’s subconscious mind that is known as the polygraph machine, better known as a “lie detector” device. This instrument is meant to measure the change of blood pressure, pulse, respiration and skin conductivity of a participant rather than the subconscious mind. The participants will have to go through a series of probing questions which are rather invasive and unrealistic.

Currently, there has been a widespread of believe that graphology, the science of reading a person’s subconscious mind via the individual’s handwriting, can produce more accurate analysis than the latter. In graphology, one just require a sample of handwriting from the participants and via this piece of material, one is believed to be able to probe into the subconscious mind of that individual. It will not involve any invasive probing process.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the accuracy of such claims made by researchers that graphology can be used as a tool to pry into the subconscious mind.
